Ceramic Green Sheet Stacking Machine CGS-90
Overview
This system is designed to handle cutting off ceramic green sheet with electrodes printed and ceramic green sheet for cover-tape that are supplied from cassette, peeling them off from carrier film, stacking them in high precision positioning, providing initial press on them, and producing stacked ceramic blocks.

- Accurate and stable stacking is possible since each ceramic green sheet is transferred, peeled off and stacked by its mechanical design.
- High quality stacked block can be made throughout all layers due to variable pressing force and speed controlled its stacking head mechanism employing servomotor drive.
