Overview
This is a press-forming machine for Hermetic Axial Tantalum Capacitor pellets as well as Tantalum bushing. The press mold adopts a vertical push mechanism with Tantalum wire insertion.
Features
With an individual AC servomotor for each of upper and lower punch, the pellet dimension can be easily well controlled by setting on the control panel.
Loss powder can be minimized.
Pellets of any height can be made with a single tooling die set.
Adjustment and maintenance are simple.
Cylindrical pellets and bushing can be manufactured.
